Personale SCORTESE, tutti: mi dispiace segnalarlo ma dopo 15 minuti abbiamo chiamato il cameriere ed era particolarmente sgarbato. Dopo di noi si è messo ad urlare ad una sua collega davanti ai clienti.
Sono entrato per vedere pagare ed il cassiere, molto gentile, era davvero troppo lento, si metteva a chiacchierare coi clienti incurante della fila.
Prodotti non abbiamo assaggiato molto, ma il torcione era abbastanza buono, i cappuccini erano completamente caffe-latte senza schiuma e freddi, pessima esperienza in generale.
Non tornerò, mi dispiace ma dovrebbero fortemente rivedere l’attenzione al cliente prima della quantità.Traduzione
